Project Background
Internal Project are RevoU program deliberately for students to practice their Product Management skills. Internal Project compehensively implementing Product Management skills, knowledge, and comprehension that already been taught in previous program. In this project we gathered several members to form a team to accomplished certain given goals for this project. It designed mimicking like a real life work situation. This kind of situation never been happen in previous program of RevoU before.
Our given goals are to increase 50% Average Basket Size, and we chose Orami as a study case company in our project. Orami are parent centric e-commerce, based in Jakarta, Indonesia. Founded in 2013, and their previous name is Bilna. Orami have their main product and several support product, main product is definitely the e-commerce platform that served and connect buyers and sellers in their own platform. Their secondary product included, article related with parenting, community based platform and other features as well.
Problems
After we conduct researchs, we gather findings that leads to several hypotheses for users to hinder from increasing Average Basket Size in Orami services. From our researchs, users experienced slow response from the e-commerce platform can positively confirm why user usually feel stressed and unfinished thier product findings process. In other field we make hypothesis there are problems related to brand positioning for Orami. It's take from the popularity of the brand itself, its still very unknown for general Indonesian.
Solution
We done problems & solutions prioritization until we come up to conclusion that we decided to choose Product Recommendation Feature as product feature we propose in this project. We done researchs for references and analyze existing product recommendation feature in Orami for developing our Product Recommendation Feature. From prioritization we get that Product Recommendation feature are the most wanted feature from users perspective taken from Kano Model and the most impactful feature and worth to effort from RICE Framework. Later then, we design the User Flow, PRD, and Prototype.
Process
We have done Market Sizing, defining User Persona, Customer Journey Map, Prioritization with Kano, and RICE framework, defining Product Vision, Product Objective, Key Metrics, Succes Metrics, Project Roadmap, Product Roadmap, conduct Researchs such as Survey, and In Depth Interview to User, Secondary Researchs, Existing Products Feature Analysist, User Flow, PRD, UI Design, and Usability Testing. We do a lot of research to understand the problems, and validate problems and solutions.
