Group Project is a final assignment from RevoU Faculty program to give all the students ooportunity to implement our product management skills that have been learned in comprehensive way.

Project Background

We got Loket.com as study case company we need to develop. We already got reference problem but we as a team initiate to conduct research, take deep dive and explore more for understanding and getting insight from it.

In this case we use Loket.com as study case company. Loket.com is a ticket management platform from Indonesia, since 2013. They have several products like Loket for Business, Loket.com, and Go-Tix. Their user are the event attendee and the event organizer.

Problems

After we conduct research, we found several problems like event attendee missed their event because of unreminded event by event notification, event organizer see their effectivity in promoting their event through social media but find it hassle to do so, and event organizer want to know the best way to promote their event. After done the prioritization we decide to choose event organizer promoting hassle as a problem to solve.

Solution

From our findings we found, 52% of event attendees are annoyed by event promotions through emails, and 82% event attendees prefer use social media to reach their audiences.We create Integrated Marketing Tools feature to tackle problems that have been elaborated lately. Integrated Marketing Tools are features that help event organizer to managed ads for several social media in one feature. The feature will be places in Loket.com dashboard.

Process

We defined User Stories, Goals & Success Metrics through PRD and JIRA. After design finished, we commited Usability Testing to make sure feature that had been done with our team. We do Product Roadmap, and Go to Market Strategy too in this project.
